I should update this with some of my current favourites...
Genki Sudo, Shinya Aoki, Fedor, Anderson Silva, Lyoto Machida, Bj Penn, Kenny Florian probably rounds that out at the moment. Diego Sanchez was up there till Bj killed him haha. I also think Clay Guida is interesting to watch but usually enjoy him losing the most haha...

From NZ, i think Rod McSwain has to take top spot. Daniel Digby is also very good! Alex Scott and Dave Nicholls are also pretty slick. And Jayson Awa has wicked standup speed for a heavyweight!
